In 2021, I returned to Croatia after 34 years of living in Germany.

I now work in real estate through my own agency, and my passion is to help returnees and German-speaking foreigners navigate the process of buying or selling property, as well as other aspects of life in Croatia.

I aim to be a bridge between Croatia and the German-speaking world, providing support and transparency to investors who wish to invest in Croatia. I am happy to share my experience and expertise to help others choose the right property, whether for investment or finding their own home.

Croatian is my native language, while I consider German my second mother tongue. I love my homeland, its beauty, and everything this country has to offer.

I am a strong advocate for returnees and offer a networking opportunity once a month, on the last Saturday of each month, at an event in Zagreb called Stammtisch, where you can connect with valuable contacts.

Two and a half years ago, my wife, our two children, and I took a big step and moved to Croatia. During a vacation, we fell in love with this beautiful country – and it quickly became clear: this is where we want to stay.

In Croatia, I also discovered my passion for real estate. Together with my wife, Regina, we form a strong team that helps people find their dream property in Croatia. We guide our clients through the entire purchasing process – from the first consultation to receiving the keys.

Thanks to my knowledge of German and English, I can easily communicate with international clients and cater to their individual needs. To connect even more with the country and its people, we are also learning Croatian, which will allow us to collaborate even better with local clients and partners.

Dražen Božić is the manager of the Crol Living agency, with more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He was also a self-employed entrepreneur in Germany, where he gained extensive experience in managing and executing investment and business projects.

He specializes in investment and commercial projects, as well as exclusive villas and properties in so-called off-market (discreet) sales, with a strong focus on confidentiality, security, and an individual approach to clients.

After more than a decade of living and working in Bavaria, I returned to Split, driven by the desire to combine my knowledge, experience, and international perspective with the exceptional quality of life on the Croatian coast. As a professor, translator, and certified court interpreter for English and German, I have a deep understanding of the needs of international clients seeking secure, transparent, and reliable real estate investments in Croatia.

Many years of experience in the nautical industry and tourism have significantly helped me understand people's needs.

During the search for my own property, as well as through helping friends with the purchase and sale of real estate, I discovered a strong passion for this area.

I am pleased that today I have the opportunity to develop my qualities and knowledge through work in an agency. I am dedicated to a quality and healthy lifestyle and have a strong feeling for comfortable living spaces and micro-locations that offer more than just an address - they provide a real feeling of home. I experience working with people as a true pleasure, and I am especially motivated by exploring new opportunities and providing support in my daily work.

Magistra sam ekonomije s više od deset godina iskustva u prodaji i posredovanju nekretnina. Tijekom svoje karijere stekla sam široko poslovno iskustvo te razvila znanja koja povezuju prodaju, marketing, razvoj poslovanja i suvremene digitalne tehnologije.

Specijalizirana sam za digitalni marketing, web dizajn i izradu funkcionalnih web stranica koje tvrtkama i poduzetnicima pomažu u izgradnji prepoznatljivog brenda, kvalitetnijem predstavljanju usluga i ostvarivanju poslovnih ciljeva.

Uz dizajn i marketing, bavim se programiranjem i implementacijom digitalnih rješenja kojima se unapređuju poslovni procesi, povećava učinkovitost i poboljšava korisničko iskustvo.

Moje područje stručnosti obuhvaća strateški marketing, razvoj poslovanja, prodaju i posredovanje nekretnina, izradu vizualnog identiteta, kreiranje sadržaja za digitalne kanale te razvoj web rješenja prilagođenih potrebama svakog klijenta.
