On the main city square, there is a two-story attic apartment measuring 62 m2. It is located on the fourth, top floor of a residential-commercial building built in 1889, known for the Harmica passage that connects Ban Jelačić Square and the Dolac market.

History
The Gavella House at Ban Jelačić Square 6 was built in 1889 according to the design of architect Kuna Waidmann. The original facade of the two-story building with a mezzanine and mansard rooms had a central axis opening framed by a Baroque doorframe.
The central axis was topped by a gable above the balustrade of the cornice, with a coat of arms and the owner's initials. On the first floor, a balcony with a semicircular railing has been preserved. The bay windows on the side risalits were rounded and decorated in Baroque style, finished with high voluted broken gables with flagpoles. The windows on the first floor were richly decorated in the transom zones with medallions featuring scrolls and paths. The profiled side windows were topped with semicircular arches.
Unlike the first floor, the windows on the second floor were rectangular, and below the window sills, vegetal decorative motifs filled the parapet zones. The coffered frieze of the final cornice was filled with shells, and below the cornice ran a series of dense dentils.
The addition of the third floor and the facade purification were carried out in 1933 according to the design of architect Aleksandar Freudenreich. Most of the original appearance was restored in 1987 during the facade restoration of the house. (Cvitanović, 1969:91).
